Hotel Terrace is set in a majestic mountain landscape, a fantastic Art Noveau hotel, built in 1903 and still looks just as impressive today. Even in the pre-war years the Terrace was embodiment of everything one imagines a luxury hotel to be. The hotel has its own little rack railway which is used to transport guests and their luggage up to the hotel from a coach parking area in the village, since the road up to the hotel is too narrow for coaches.
