Situated on the seafront of Peñíscola, right at the sandy beach and just 1500 m from the historic centre. There is a wide range of amenities available right beside the apartments.The apartment block was opened in 2006 and has spacious terraces with a front or back view of the sea, as well as lift access and the option of renting a sheltered parking space on the complex (charges apply).The apartments contain a dining room with a sofa bed, 2 double rooms, a fully fitted bathroom, a kitchen with glass ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. All equipment is included in the price (except bed linens), water, gas, electricity, cleaning on arrival and departure and use of the swimming pool. Bed linens can be hired at the reception.There is a swimming pool for adults and children.
