This 18th Century country house is set in lawned grounds in the Alnö Island 15 minutes' drive from Sundsvall and right by Stornäset Nature Reserve. The hostel offers a library bike rental and free use of the property's sauna.Bedrooms at Stornäsets Pensionat and Vandrarhem have a simple décor and come with a sink and a view of the gardens. All shower facilities are shared while some rooms have a private toilet.Stornäsets has 2 fully-equipped communal kitchens and a dining room while breakfast is offered on request. There is an on-site garden café open in the summer months serving home-made bread sandwiches and ice cream.The centre of Sundsvall is 15 minutes away by car and Birsta Shopping Centre with its IKEA outlet is a 10-minute drive away. Stornäset beach is 800 metres from the property and it is only 100 metres to the local golfing range.
