M5 (Exeter) - Road: From the M5 continue onto A38 for approx 2.5 miles then continue onto A380 for 13 miles (go through one roundabout) At the roundabout take 1st exit onto A3022 (Riviera Way) Continue to follow A3022 for 2 miles At the lights at Torre Railway Station bear right onto Avenue road A3022 (signposted Seafront & Cockington) Go through first set of lights Turn sharp left into Bampfylde Road Take first turn on left into Rowdens Road and the Sandpiper is situated halfway along on the left hand side.
