A very warm welcome to the website of Edwardian Guest House. br / br / br / br / All our rooms are of a comfortable standard and all are either ensuite or have a private bathroom and have flatscreen tv with freeview. We also provide free Wi-Fi. br / br / Unfortunately we are unable to accept children under 12 years of age. br / br / br / br / We provide tea/coffee making facilities in each room and complimentary toiletries br / br / br / br / We offer very nice comfortable en-suite accommodation at £35 per person per night . Our double or twin room is based on 2 sharing. Single occupancy of a double room is £50 per night. Our single room is £40 per night. We also have a separate self catering annex with double at £70 per night based on 2 sharing or £55 per night single occupancy. We do not offer a cooked breakfast but do provide a continental breakfast of cereals toast and preserves fruit juice tea/coffee this is not provided for the annex. br / br / br / br / Based in Redcar we have been welcoming guests since 2005. We have far reaching sea views over Coatham Bay to the rear where you can watch the windsurfers or take a leisurely stroll along the beach to Saltburn. br / br / br / br / We are within walking distance of the town centre beach railway station and racecourse. We are also easily reached via A19 and A66 and are convenient for the Wilton Complex and Teesport.
