In the beautiful Cotswold village of Hook Norton we offer a traditional great British pub experience with wooden beams wood burning stove and a fine range of real ales wines and spirits. br / br / br / br / The Pear Tree is located in the perfect spot at the entrance to Brewery Lane which leads up to Hook Norton Brewery so it s no surprise that we have a full range of Hook Norton cask ale and crafty keg on tap. br / br / At the Pear Tree we serve food all week 12pm to 2:30pm. Monday to Friday evenings 6pm to 8pm and Saturdays 6pm-9pm. br / br / br / br / The bar is open all day everyday closing at midnight Sunday to Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday. Darts board available to anyone who wants to play. br / br / br / br / The Pear Tree is located in a quiet residential area within 2 minutes walk of Hook Norton Brewery. Hook Norton has many beautiful country walks for example The Darcy Dalton Way. There is a regular bus service to and from Chipping Norton to Banbury stopping in Hook Norton. Hook Norton has great amenities including village shop incorporating the post office local butches hair dressers Hook Norton Brewery and visitor centre housing to village museum. br / br / br / br / We welcome one and all four legged friends most welcome and we have a large garden and children s play area at the rear of the pub. We have parking for cars and shire horses who deliver our beer to us every Friday.

M40 - Road: Leave the M40 at junction 11 and follow the signs for Banbury - follow the signs for A361 out of Banbury - continue through Bloxham on A361 turning right at the mini-roundabout - after leaving Bloxham take the turning on the right signposted Milcombe - In Milcombe follow the brown tourist signs to the brewery turning right at the Horse & Groom - turn left at the Fir Trees Garage crossroads - when you arrive in Hook Norton village the Pear Tree is on the right at the junction of Brewery Lane. br/ br/ Oxford - Road: From Oxford follow the A44 towards Chipping Norton - continue towards the roundabout where the A3400 meets the A36 - turn right at the roundabout signposted A361 Banbury - take the first turning on the left signposted Hook Norton - follow signs for Hook Norton (this will include a turning to the right) - as you come down the hill into Hook Norton the Pear Tree is on the left.
