Please let the property know your expected arrival time at least 1 day in advance, to organise key collection. You can contact the property on the telephone number you will receive by email from Rural Andalus, the property managers, after the total cost of the reservation has been paid. This email must be printed out and presented at check-in, as proof of your reservation.If you fail to contact the property, they will wait for you at 16:00 at the property entrance.Please note that a EUR 6 surcharge per half hour will be applied for arrival after this time.Please note that check-in after 20:00 is not possible.A security deposit of EUR 90 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Please note, firewood is not included.
