This area is the perfect place to relax and read enjoy digital FreeView television and catch up with other guests. br / br / br / br / The Ashmount has 11 guest ensuite bedrooms and offers bed and breakfast accommodation in clean and comfortable surroundings with a warm welcome. No lift in building. br / br / Breakfasts are prepared and cooked fresh to order and served at individual tables in a spacious dining room.The breakfast menu includes apple juice orange juice grapefruit yoghurts cereals porridge cereal bars fresh fruit sausage bacon eggs(fried poached or scrambled) fresh mushrooms griddled fresh tomato ot tinned plum tomato baked beans white bread toast wholemeal bread toast a selection of marmalade jam honey croissants tea and freshly filtered coffee. br / br / WiFI Internet connection is provided for guests free of charge. Free car parking is available either in our car park or on street parking. br / br / br / br / Please note that from mid September 2018 breakfasts are included in the room rate. Prior to this breakfasts need to be booked separately at £9.50 per adult and £5.50 per child breakfast. br / br / br / br / Although as stated check in is between 2pm and 8pm (14.00-20.000hrs) We kindly request that guests contact us with their anticipated check in time as this is essential for us to be able to guarantee that we will be in to receive you. Exit A55 at juntion 22 marked Old Colwyn and go to the promenade turn left on to promenade travel for about 3miles around the bay go through Rhos-on-Sea past the harbour and around Rhos point about 100 metres on the left side is College Ave turn into College Ave and continue until you get to The Ashmount.
