Villa Verdemare is a villa with private swimming pool situated in Mongiove, a small bathing village on the northern coast of Sicily, near Patti, 60 km west of Messina. In the close vicinities of the villa there are long sandy beaches and interesting towns worth visiting, such as Tindari, Capo d'Orlando, Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands. The villa is surrounded by large equipped spaces and by a luxuriant garden with areas of natural lawn and a wide range of aromatic and ornamental plants. This comfortable house has well proportioned, bright rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind. The spacious and cosy living-room has large window doors facing onto a lovely terrace with pergola while the kitchen opens onto another terrace with arcade: both terraces light up at night and are equipped for al fresco dining (furniture, barbecue, external shower).
