This very calm, charming and renovated studio suitable for 4 persons (ideally 2 adults and 2 children), is situated in a beautiful Hausmanian building. It is very close to the Bois de Boulogne and the Arc de Triompe is not far away as well. The metro station 'Porte Dauphine' from where you can visit Paris all over, is situated just in front of the building. The living room has a double bed and a double sofa bed, suitable for 4 persons in total, ideally for a family with children. It has a flat screen TV with international channels. The open kitchen is well equipped to prepare nice meals. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment is situated in a very chic, calm and safe residential area. It is nice to come back home after a very busy day in Paris!The Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and Eiffel Tower are at walking distance. It is also a 10 minutes walk away from the Victor Hugo square, where you can find the capital's finest restaurants, and local amenities such as bakeries, supermarkets, banks etc. Late check in fees:As from 20h30 - 23h00: € 40,00As from 23h00 - midnight: € 80,00No check possible after midnight.
