The villa is located the countryside of Catral, near nice Spanish villages like Dolores, Almoradi and Callossa.On the ground floor of the house you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the spacious living room you can reach the sheltered terrace with a view of the large garden and 10 x 5 metres swimming pool. During the summer, the terrace is a wonderful place to be for breakfast, lunch or just to relax. On the first floor you'll find the third spacious bedroom with bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped and if you want to watch TV, there are a lot of international channels available. In the tropical garden you can use the large barbecue and you can park your car on the property. The nearest beach (La Marina) is located at about a 20-minute drive from the villa.
