Very nice apartment just furnished, fully equipped, at the residence La Duquesa. Access to the complex is secure, the building is in a beautiful green area. It is walking distance to all amenities, the beautiful sandy beaches of San Luis de Sabinillas, the marina with its shops and restaurants, terraces, a playground for children, with a community pool visible from the sunny private terrace, as well as a paddling pool for the little ones. Two bedrooms with closets, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, but it is possible to accommodate up to six people with the sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is equipped with two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster and juicer. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner.
