We are sure that you will find our holiday home warm clean comfy and cosy with great amenities. There are 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 Doubles and 1 Single the latter having an additional foldaway bed underneath comfortable mattress but please note that the single bedroom is only accessible via the largest of the double bedrooms. Incidentally the single room is also the only bedroom to have a shower and basin which also acts an en-suite to the large double when not in use. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath shower toilet and basin. Other facilities include fully fitted kitchen/ diner living room front garden french doors to rear yard central heating double-glazing satin stripe linen on all beds white towels and complimentary body wash shampoo conditioner soap and shower cap. br / br / This is a non-smoking house but smoking is permitted in the out-door spaces. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout and car parking is available on street and across the street in the large free council car-park behind the restaurants. Our property is in a fitting holiday location surrounded by restaurants and within only 5 minutes walk of the beaches and parks pubs the local museum and the historical Arbeia Roman Fort ruins. Having been refurbished to a high standard with modern decor it will suit tourists couples and families who want to use South Shields as their base to explore the North East or to stay by the sea in the town centre where transport links to Newcastle Gateshead Sunderland and Durham and the Ferry across the Tyne are all within short walking distance. We are also in a great location for guests needing to travel to North Shields to the Port of Tyne International Passenger Terminal sailing to holiday destinations across the North Sea. Contractors are also welcome and a full English breakfast can be ordered and served next door at the welcoming 4 star Atlantis Guest House for just £6pp (£3 for children under the age of 5).
