The North Wales Gathering in St Asaph is ideally situated for anyone working in the area with easy access to the A55 and all of North Wales.On the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen area / dining area / living room and bedroom two.On the upper floor is three further bedrooms, a shower/bath room and separate W/C.Beds can be converted to doubles from singles in advance upon request.Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm. Please be aware that the entrance to the property involves a set of metal exterior stairs and makes this property unsuitable for prams/pushchairs and anyone with any difficulty with stairs or movement.
The normal rules of good behavior are expected. In the apartment you are allowed to cook and have food. Specific rules are set on arrival.
