The Severn Arms a picturesque Elizabethan grade 2 listed building located at the heart of Pen-y-bont which was built in 1755 by the architect John Price and celebrated their 260th anniversary this year. br / br / br / br / It was originally named The New Inn but gained its current title from Squire J Cheesement Severn whose family the architect s daughter married into.
