There are always events taking place in keswick from the Jazz festivalheld each May the mountian festival in May and our famous beer festival each june to the keswick convention each july. br / br / br / br / The C2C (Coast to Coast) cycle route runs through Keswick so if your attempting the cycle challenge book a nights accommodation with us. If cycling is your thing try out the Altura Trail which is a challenging 19 kilometre red grade mountain bike trail with around 80% of singletrack. It is really aimed at good intermediate to advanced riders. The trail combines many man-made features like berms jumps and North-shore with natural rock and root hazards. This is arguably a more difficult trail than the red s found at other trail centres.
