The farmhouse is only nine miles from the busy seaside town of Bude the stunning North Devon and Cornwall coastline of Tintagel Port Isaac and Padstow whilst being far enough inland to escape the tourist bustle during the busier months. Holsworthy Golf Club (a 10 minute drive) offers Leworthy guests 25% off all green fees during their stay. br / br / br / br / This beautiful Georgian Farmhouse has a contemporary feel with modern flat screen TV/DVD players and WI-FI in all the ensuite bedrooms all accessed via a short flight of stairs. It has retained much of its original character and charm due to subtle re-decoration and sits within a three acre smallholding. There is a private coarse fishing lake for guest use stocked with Carp Tench and Roach as well as various rare breeds of livestock to watch and free range eggs to collect. br / br / br / br / An impressive breakfast menu is served in the spacious guest s dining room or outside in the pretty courtyard on warm summer mornings. Holsworthy - Road: From Holsworthy Town Centre head towards North Tamerton via Bodmin Street . At the sharp left go straight on past HATS Theatre on left through traffic lights & travel for approx 3 miles without turning off. Pass Brooks House & Yeomadon Cross on your right take next left for Leworthy & Southdown . Follow lane until it forks at the island stay left Leworthy Farmhouse is straight ahead. Please park in the marked bays enter via the wooden gates & ring doorbell at reception.
