The cottage is light modern and has a beautifully fitted kitchen / dining room overlooking the 1 acre of garden - all with underfloor heating .The Kitchen is fully kitted out with everything a keen cook could need. br / br / br / br / Towards the sitting room there is a lovely little area with a cosy log burner for those colder months! br / br / br / br / The sitting room is spacious again with underfloor heating and also benefits from a desk for those requiring an area to work whilst on holiday. br / br / br / br / Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor landing. br / br / br / br / The master bedroom is a lovely light room with with a view of rural Suffolk. Furnished with a super king size bed bedside cabinets and space to store clothes. br / br / Modern en suite with under floor heating and a superb shower and bath. br / br / br / br / The second double bedroom is another good sized room with storage for clothes and next to the family bathroom. br / br / The family bathroom has again been finished to a very high standard and has both a spacious shower and bath. br / br / br / br / The third bedroom is really for the kids! It is not small but it has two unique hand built bunkbeds that are certainly a feature in the room - if required this room could be suitable for two older guests and used as a twin room.
