Shalom Guest House is a large luxury guest house situated on a working farm 10 minutes drive from Beauly & Loch Ness and within 2 miles of the Abriachan forest walks & cycle track. We re in a peaceful rural location within 20 minutes drive of Inverness. br / br / br / br / The house is homely & welcoming with stunning views of the countryside & farm animals and well equipped - so ideally suited for the modern traveller. br / br / br / br / WE HAVE A GUEST LOUNGE AND BREAKFAST IS SERVED IN THE DINING ROOM. br / br / br / br / We have several luxury rooms for example downstairs there is an en-sute with a walk in showroom French doors with open outlook to the surrounding hills. The bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom adjacent. The bedroom looks onto the grounds where the hens and ducks often entertain the guests. br / br / br / br / The guest house offers an ideal base for touring in all directions. The west coast for Skye Aviemore the Cairngorms and the beaches of the Moray Coast can all be reached in a little over one hour. Closer to hand are The Culloden Battlefield and The Black Isle with its small coastal villages such as Fortrose Rosemarkie and Cromarty. Fortrose is well known for dolphin spotting. Fort William is 60 miles Isle of Skye 75 miles Fort Augustus 20 miles. br / br / br / br / There is also a small local post office with a coffee shop. The village of Beauly is a 7 minute drive and has which has several places to eat a post office a bank a hardware shop pharmacy two small supermarkets Indian & Chinese takeaways and two cafes and on Thursday evenings in summer there s a pipe band and Highland dancing! br / br / br / br / WE ARE CLOSE TO THE GREAT GLEN WAY br / br / br / br / br / br / Towels are supplied heating and electricity is included.
