Ty Haf is an oak framed building fully insulated with electric heating at the touch of a button. It is furnished with an antique brass double bed shower room with powerful electric Mira shower basin WC and heated towel rail. The kitchen area has granite work surfaces fridge with small freezer sink/drainer double electric hob microwave kettle and toaster coffee machine just enough for basic catering. TV/DVD/CD/iPod docking station. Freeview channels. Wifi. br / br / br / br / In the Ty Haf garden there is a Swim Spa which is available for the use of guests by arrangement from 8am-11am and from 4pm- 8pm (chargeable). The Swim Spa is a wonderful mix of swim and hot tub heated to at least 32 degrees to allow users to enjoy an energetic swim against jet streams similar to river or sea swimming and then to relax in one of the spa seats to unwind. What more could you want after a day exploring the West Wales countryside pretty local towns and villages. (Or just as exhilarating take a dip before breakfast!) br / br / br / br / The property is situated just outside the village of Ciliau Aeron about half a mile off the main road with Aberaeron just 4 miles away and Lampeter 9 miles. There is a hotel with restaurant in reasonable walking distance - Ty Glyn restaurant with rooms good quality and reasonable choice). br / br / Ty Haf is a no smoking property but smokers can use the garden. No dogs please. br / br / br / br / br / br / Aberaeron - This is our local seaside town with a quaint harbour and pebble beaches. There are a wide range of restaurants and cafes providing a good choice of cuisine at varying prices. br / br / Llanerchaeron Mansion -A National Trust property open during the season. br / br / National Botanic Gardens of Wales - Near Swansea. br / br / Aberglasney Gardens -Near Carmarthen. br / br / Cardigan Bay -See bottle nosed dolphins Harbour porpoises and Atlantic seals if you are lucky.
From Carmarthen. Turn right towards Lampeter/hospital (the big H sign) . At next roundabout go straight on over river and at next roundabout turn left towards Lampeter. At next roundabout turn right to Lampeter. At LLANYBYDDER (20 mins) turn left by Café Top opposite Cross Hands Pub down hill and right across river go through Alltyblaca Llanwnen Cribyn through to Temple Bar T Junction turn left towards Aberaeron. (A482) Go through Felin Fach Ystrad Aeron to Ciliau Aeron a little way after the first Ciliau sign there is a cross roads with school on left TURN RIGHT signed Cilcennin (and Tyglyn Pub/Hotel) (20 mins) 1 mile .over river 80 yards turn right (Cilcennin & Tyglyn Club/Hotel) and Organic Farm Shop (siop fferm organig). Round sharp left hand bend AFTER Tyglyn Hotel and first house on the left is Tyglyn Lodge. If you go past sign saying SIOP FARM ORGANIG (Fresh Vegetables) for sale you have just missed us. ( Here you can go on and through Lampeter and head for Aberaeron but the above is about 10 minutes quicker.)
