Spacious and bright apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room divided into a dining area (table and 6 chairs) and a rest zone (sofa-bed, television), a complete bathroom with tub as well as an equipped independent kitchen with a complete range of household appliances. The main bedroom and living room provide direct way out, with wide picture windows, to a nice furnished terrace with a table, 6 chairs and rolling sun blinds to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The property is well maintained and comfortably equipped to have a pleasant stay, it counts with much storage area (closets in the bedrooms) and it includes the air conditioning installed in the living room, an unlimited Internet connection and the complete linen (sheets and shower towels).There is no private parking spot associated to the residence although there is a public community parking lot and free parking spots just before and around the residence.Standing on the fifth and last floor with elevator, in a little family residence which stands only 80 metres from the long fine sand beach Playa Ponent, facing the nice Miramar maritime promenade which allows walking access to the Jaume I maritime promenade and the more animated centre of Salou. Both maritime promenades are lined with palm trees, fountains, children playgrounds, many shops, as well as bars - restaurants available on site. The beaches are surveyed and equipped with showers, playgrounds for children of all ages as well as little restaurants and chill-out bars in the sand. This family area of Salou is quiet and friendly, very well located by the beach with easy walking access to all the activities and entertainment facilities available in Salou, closeby. The residence standing close to the beach, it also is near the railway which goes all along the coast from the border with France down to the bottom of Costa Dorada, although the apartment is turned towards the beach and not in the direction of the railway.
