Fantastic house recently built in Playas de Muro, with capacity for 6 people and a well cared garden with private pool. To start the day on the right foot, what about a delicious breakfast at the terrace and a relaxing while at the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers before the daily swim in the pool? This is a chlorine pool, sizing 5 x 2 metres and with a depth ranging form 1.5 to 1.7 metres. It will be your delight for a great part of the day, no doubt!. In the evening, the family chef can cook his best barbecued dishes and enjoy the the coming of the night with a drink on the sofa.Combining modernity and comfort, the house features just one floor. When you enter, you find a large air-conditioned space shared by the kitchen -with a ceramic top- the dining area and the living room. So you can stay all together in the same room while some of you cook and the others chat or rest on the sofa. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with exit to the garden and air-conditioning. Two of them offer two twin beds each and the last one comes with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second shower bathroom for the rest of the house. Of course, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available. And we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Playas de Muro is a very quiet coastal area which becomes livelier especially in the summer months, offering a great diversity of gastronomic, leisure and other services. The area of la Albufera, about 3 km away, is ideal for those lovers of hiking, biking and even the art of photography, since the wild life of this area is perfect for discipline. The beach, located about 450 metres away, is just breathtaking, thanks to its extension and crystalline water. We recommend you visiting the traditional street market on Tuesdays and Sundays or the ancient remains of the Roman city of Pollentia in the town of Alcudia. Pets are not allowed.
