The apartment can be found on the ground floor with large terrace with views over the resort and the Mar Menor of La Manga. The community has 3 swimming pools including one indoor pool and all have a section for children, the indoor pool area also has a Jacuzzi and his and her changing rooms. The main very large bedroom also has a sofa and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and a second bathroom is located just opposite, the lounge diner leads onto the huge patio doors leading onto the terrace. The new kitchen includes a new side by side fridge, microwave, oven and hob along with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and all the items you need for a family holiday. The terrace has a BBQ area, outside table and chairs for al-fresco eating and a comfortable seating area with sofa and two chairs. Not forgetting the 4 sun beds to enjoy the Spanish sun, there is also a sun blind if you need to have a rest from the hot rays. The apartment is just a short walk to the tennis centre and children's club that runs during the summer months, bars restaurants and shops are also very close.
