A private pool (3m x 2m, depth of 1.5m) provides refreshments during the summer months. The villa of 150 square meters is divided into two levels: the ground floor houses the living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a quality home cooking, plus three bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor houses the fourth bedroom with direct access to the "chill-out" area with sofas, a dining table and views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a bathroom.Eight guests can choose to stay in one of the four rooms with the following beds:(1) one double bed(2) one double bed with a private balcony and sea views(3) one single bed(4) two single bedsThere are also two full bathrooms and one outdoor shower in the garden.Villa Gracia is just a short 300 meters from the beach of Cala Sant Francesc, and just ######### meters from local restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and a bakery.
