It is just 3 km from the beach shops and restaurants of the coast road between Moraira (6 km) and Calpe (7km).Its elevated position affords splendid views of the coastline from its balcony and conservatory whilst spacious sun patios and barbecue facilities border the large private swimming pool. There is also a fireplace and WiFi connection.There is a fitted kitchen with a cooking range fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and a washing machine. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. A further double bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom.Next to the conservatory is a balcony perfect for a sunny breakfast. The villa has a central heating system for the cooler winter months.
