We're located in Dedinje, in a prime spot where Dedinje, Senjak, and Topčider meet, the three most beautiful and lush areas in Belgrade. Our Dedinje location in a quiet, residential area with own garden, at 250 m above the sea level and its micro-climate are guarantying nice vista, fresh air, and a good night's sleep. At the same time, our location is easy to find, and it's very well-connected with all other parts of the city. We are 5-10 minutes away by car from downtown tourist attractions and other key lifestyle and business spots in Belgrade (like Skadarlija, Kalemegdan, Ada Ciganlija, Belgrade Golf Club, Belgrade Fair, Sava Center, Belgrade Arena). We are very close to the international highway E75 access/exit, and we have free private parking lot, which is an advantage for those who travel by car. Some of the greatest sports landmarks are also in our neighborhood: the Partisan football stadium is literally across the street from us, while the Red Star (Rajko Mitić) football stadium is 5 min by foot from us, as well as Partisan Tennis Club where Novak Djoković had first started to play. Well-known gym Musculus Lux is on our street, 2 min by foot from us. Gemax tennis club, pool, and sauna are 3 min by car or 15 min by foot from us. Museum of Yugoslav History (Museum 25 May), with its House of Flowers (Memorial Center Josip Broz Tito), is at 5 min by foot. We have a well-established restaurant on our premises with international and local cuisine and select local and imported drinks. Our restaurant carries designer signature and has become a lifestyle landmark in its own right.
