Pesochnaya Bukhta Park-Hotel occupies a closed protected area of 4 hectares on the shore of Sand Bay. Nearby is the National Reserve "Chersonese Tavrichesky", the historic city center, the shopping and entertainment center "Musson" and the panorama museum "Defense of Sevastopol". To the market, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants located nearby, there is a free shuttle. The distance to the airport of Simferopol is 100 km.

All the rooms of the Park Hotel and the boarding house "Sandy Bay" are decorated in a classic style. Amenities include air conditioning, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and a bathroom with a shower or bath. Some rooms offer panoramic views of the Sandy Bay. Ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities are available upon request.
