This small and cozy house, located in D.João area, at the gates of Funchal city center, has recently been refurbished to give all the cosiness to your stay in our beautiful island!This house has two nice bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the rest of the property you find the living room, kitchen and the dining room. This three areas are practically connected in an open space format, perfect to enjoy with your friends or family when preparing your meals or in moments of relaxation.Outside the house you can enjoy a small lounge to put your readings up to date or rest after a long day exploring the best spots around the island.THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEWGuests have easy access to several restaurants in the surrounding area. There are several bars and cafés nearby the building. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are a five to ten-minute walk away. This flat is situated twenty minutes away from the famous Farmers' Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic centre of Funchal (locally known as 'Zona Velha') and the Cathedral. From here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)GETTING AROUNDNevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!GUEST ACCESSGuests have access to all areas of the flat.INTERACTION WITH GUESTSWe are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. (E.g. passport, identity card).Check-in must be scheduled in advance. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge.
