The Breakfast Menu includes The Spring's signature dishes such as French Toast, Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, or Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs. The Guest Lounge with its decor of rich Autumn tones and a gas fire for cooler months, invites guests in to relax and enjoy conversation or restful, quiet times.
