Purpose built on an elevated site with magnificent views overlooking Lake Wakatipu Larch Hill B&B is surrounded by spectacular mountains which are snow capped in winter. Our warm (fully double-glazed) comfortable and relaxing B&B is only a 3 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and is within walking distance of the lake. Public transport passes our street regularly. We serve a generous continental breakfast including homemade bread freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries fresh fruit salad yoghurt cereals 100% juices tea and freshly ground coffee. On arrival at our Bed and Breakfast you will be welcomed with refreshments. Once you have settled in relax in the courtyard garden or take in the lake and mountain views from the sun-deck. In winter there is a roaring log fire awaiting your return from a days skiing or sightseeing.

From the roundabout at Frankton drive for 2.5 kms on Highway 6A (Frankton Road) towards Queenstown. You will see Gold Ridge Hotel and Sherwood Manor on your right. In front of Sherwood Manor are 4 old horse wagons. Turn right into Goldfield Heights. Second turn left is Panners Way. Once in Panners Way take the left accessway with our sign on the corner (halfway down Panners Way on the left).
