In the spring of 2017 the top floor and sanitary will be modernised; in the autumn the ground floor and exterior of the house will be taken care of. The house consists of two floors. On the top floor you'll find the spacious, bright living room. It offers access to the spacious and modern kitchen with separate seating area. Any foodie can cook to their hearts content here, because the kitchen is fully equipped: from good knifes to retro kitchen appliances (Kitchenaid), a super-sized refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine. During any kind of weather you can enjoy your holiday here in style. The house features a pleasant fireplace and a flat screen TV with extra many international channels. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and private toilet. In the hallway you'll find a guest toilet. In the basement you'll find two bedrooms with twin beds and a double bed. There also is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate guest toilet. The house has a storage room for all your water sports materials. There also is a washing machine available. In the back of the house you'll find a parking for two cars on your own property.
