===== Exterior =====Surrounded by meadows and woods, in the heart of uncontaminated nature. The beautiful farmhouse composed of the main building and its annex is set on the top of a high hill facing the steep mountain ranges of Pratomagno. Surrounded by open meadows and cool woods, it is the ideal place for those looking for exciting excursions to rediscover nature which here, luckily, has remained pure and uncontaminated. The village of Talla and the Casentino Valley. The house is only a few minutes away from Talla, the birthplace of the famous Medieval cantor Guido d'Arezzo, where one can visit the Music Museum dedicated to him. Thanks to good road conditions, in the valley which connects Arezzo to the green valley of the Casentino, in a short time it is possible to reach the historic centres, the many castles, antique parish churches and abbeys spread across the valley. The road leading up to the house (about 3km) is not paved but is however easy to travel along with any type of car. The panoramic garden and the swimming pool. There is a beautiful swimming pool 5x10m (depth 1,40-2,00m) in the large, partially fenced garden, equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas, overlooking the valley below.
