Villa Margherita is situated in the holiday village Villaggio Rei Sole, with a sandy beach 100 metres away.
The shops, banks, bars and chemists of Costa Rei are a short drive away. The designated parking is off road. The gardens are laid to lawn with various shrubs. Note: there is no garden fence between this and the next door property. There is a spacious covered veranda that is furnished, ideal for outside dining. Stone barbecue and outside sink. Room with washing machine (payable locally). The property has insect screens and is fully air-conditioned (payable locally). Ground floor: Sitting/dining room with satellite TV and open fireplace. Shower room with WC.Arrivals on 9th August 2008 must be for a minimum two week stay. The cost of hiring a cot is EUR 50 per week payable locally. The cost for the washing machine is EUR 50 per week. Late arrivals after 20:00 are charged at EUR 25 payable locally. Please advise your flight details and estimated time of arrival.Bed linen and towels are provided weekly. You must take your own beach towels.A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival at the villa to the owner or the keyholder.
