This apartment has been finely renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor with lift.It is composed by a living room, a brand new kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, 1 double bedroom plus another bedroom with 2 single beds and a terrace. A fold up bed is available for the 5th person. The apartment size is about 130 square metres. Not far from the Vatican city, this charming apartment belongs to the distinguished district of Prati. This is one of the best known neighbourhoods in Rome amongst locals: it is incredibly calm and quiet, whilst being in the heart of the modern part of Rome.

Close to the apartment there is also a nice park. Some of the best shops and restaurants in the Eternal City can be found in this area: Piazza Mazzini leads to the best shopping spots, cinemas and ristoranti known by Romans, as well as great pubs where the youngest at heart can have fun any day of the week. As for public transportation, the Ottaviano and the Lepanto metro stops (Line A) are not very far from the apartment, and several buses and trolleys will take you virtually anywhere in the city.

This apartment is close to Piazzale Clodio, where you can find a drugstore that opens 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The nearest metro station (the one called 'Ottaviano - San Pietro', line A) is about a 15 minute walk away from the apartment,just few bus stops (bus number 32).

If you find something broken/not working properly in your accommodation please report it to the owner of the apartment as soon as possible

Pets: Unless differently stated in the resort description, pets of any kind and size are not accepted.

Number of people: clients cannot bring a party, including children, that exceeds the number of people stated in the booking confirmation.
