On the second floor of a 17th century building with easy steps to the apartment. You enter the apartment in a small hallway from where one flight of steps lead to the kitchen and the private terrace. The kitchen is small, but fully equipped. From the entrance hall you can also enter the living area and sleeping area. Two twin beds can be joined making it one large double bed. The sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. The bathroom has a tub with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and sink. A washing machine is tucked away under the staircase. The attic has air conditioning and 3 large windows with beautiful views over the Roman rooftops. The combined living and sleeping area has a flat screen TV and wifi internet. The terrace has a large table with 4 comfortable chairs and also a lounge chair. The Banchi Vecchi street that leads next to the apartment is known for its boutiques, galleries and wine-bars. Right next door there is very good trattoria, Osteria del Pavone and down stairs there is a typical Roman bar with great cappuccino and some nice tables to have breakfast or lunch.
