You can walk to all sight seeings.The things to see are so many that you will surely come back.This delicious 60 sq. m. apartment is at the second floor of a 17th century palace with internal courtyards, modified for the widening of Via del Monte della Farina in 1873.There are 10 steps to the lift, with which you get to the first floor, and with other 10 steps you get to the apartment.The apartment has a small entrance hall that leads to the dining and living area with a functional kitchen. From the living area you have access to the bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people) and a wardrobe. The bathroom with shower is in the double room. From the double room, wooden stairs lead to a mezzanine with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The mezzanine faces the bedroom.This characteristic apartment grants the privacy and is very suitable to couples of close friends or families.Guests have access to the entire apartment.Check-in if from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. If I can't personally welcome guests, they will give 25 to a person of my trust.Check-in from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with 20 supplement.Check-in from 8:00pm to 12:00am with 30 supplement.Check-out is within 11:00am.Guests are always welcome and it will be my pleasure to make them feel at home. They will be welcomed and supported for all needs during their stay.If I can't meet them personally, they will be welcomed by a person of my trust.This apartment is in a strategic location, near Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Jewish quarter or "ghetto", Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Trastevere with its many typical restaurants, pizzerias and wine bars.The name of the street comes from the presence of a place similar to pawnshop, where loans were made not with money, but with wheat, corn etc. At walking distance you can see the archaeological remains of Largo Argentina with the Pompey Curia where Julius Caesar was murdered, the churches of Sant'andrea della Valle, chosen by Giacomo Puccini as scenery of the first act of his Tosca, San Carlo ai Catinari, del Gesù and many other wonderful churches. Piazza Venezia is also in the nearby, from where you can walk to the Coliseum (15 min).Tiber Island, Castle Sant'angelo and the Vatican are also at walking distance. The characteristic Piazza di Campo de Fiori with its market and other amenities is in the nearby. By crossing the pedestrian Ponte Sisto you can reach the Trastevere quarter. The quarter is full of small diners, typical restaurants and wine bars where you can taste great wines.With 10/15 min walk you can also reach Piazza Colonna, Piazza di Spagna, the Fountain of Trevi and all the famous shopping streets in Rome.In Largo Argentina (5 min on foot) you can find the bus stops which lead to the Vatican, the Capitol, house of the Capitol Museum, the area of the Imperial Forums and the Coliseum with the most important archaeological monuments in Rome and much more.Upon request we can arrange at your charge a pick-up service from/to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.It is also possible to organize a limousine service to other localities. The cost will be based on the destination.You will find on a guide various solutions for walks to visit la city in Segway or golf cars or with a double-decker bus or to lease a scooter or bicycle.Guests have at their disposal a microwave oven, a boiler, a toaster, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.Upon request, we can arrange a pick-up service at their charge from the airport or the railway station.
