The apartment has basic but effective furniture, but some very nice features (especially in the bedroom). The apartment is composed by an entrance hall with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a small patio. The apartment includes Satellite TV, a washing machine, a computer, Internet (ADSL), Air Conditioning and fans.The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres.

This apartment is located on Via Annia, in the historic centre of Rome. That street is a about 5-minutes walk away from the Coliseum. The Roman Forum, the Coliseum and Piazza Venezia are only at about 10-minutes walk away! The Church of Santa Maria Maggiore is not very far away and can easily be reached on foot. The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano can also be easily reached by tram, and if you take another bus from there you will find yourself in the Catacombs, off the Roman walls. As for public transportation connections, the Coliseum metro stop (line B) is located just a few minutes away, and several trams as well as buses will take you virtually anywhere in the city.
