If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 12 km (7 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and essentials.The ExperienceThe house has been converted in a way which makes it possible for two families and groups to share it and remain independent. The first and second floors can be divided into two parts by closing just one door. In separate rooms there is a small billiard table and a wood oven. The very well-kept garden is completely fenced, making it ideal for families with young children. The large swimming pool with shower and bathroom facilities is located in a panoramic position in the centre of the flat lawn. After arriving you'll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day.
