===== Exterior =====There are currently two covered verandas, but for 2017 the owner will extend the current living room, using the veranda space. Also there will be another bedroom and bathroom extending into the current living room.The kitchen is handmade and bespoke, with a cream undertone, all the kitchen cupboards are designed around the contours of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, grill, oven (4 ringed gas burner) and fridge freezer.To the left of the fully fitted kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower, round sink bidet and toilet all fully tiled.The open plan kitchen has ample room to dine, and is also placed well to cook inside and to then eat on the veranda overlooking Olive trees and the beautifully landscaped gardens.There is currently three double bedrooms, which share two bathrooms. The bathrooms, both have shower, bidet, sink and toilet.The Lounge has an open fireplace and can be reached through an archway from the kitchen/dining room.Outside there is a veranda and BBQ, which then leads to the beautiful swimming pool, which is totally private.There is a washroom not attached to the main house, where you will find the washing machine.There is also a storeroom, which is great for storing suitcases, and all things domestic. Also there is a detached garage, which will be used by the owners as a storage facility for their own personal belongings.This villa is in a residential area, and is only 10 minutes drive to Ostuni (The white city). Where you will enjoy the hussle and bussle of life in the 'real Italy'.
