Guests are welcomed into the day area which comprises a fully-fitted kitchenette with a dining table and a large window.The bright bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and features a functioning fireplace, a TV corner, a wardrobe, an armchair and a small table; from the night area you can also access the balcony.The property comprises a bathroom with a large shower stall and washing machine. Linens and towels provided.The apartment is fitted with parquet flooring, whilst the bathroom has tiles.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
