Both the location and the building make this three-bedroom apartment truly unique. You cannot dream of a better location, since the apartment is comprised into the same complex of the La Scala theatre, recently renovated by architect Mario Botta, with just a small garden separating it from the rehearsal room. Moreover, the flat belongs to the Ammann Palace, a stately building in Neoclassical style dating back to the XVII century.
This elegant and quiet apartment (115 sq.mt) is located on the third floor with elevator; it is fitted with air conditioning and double glazed windows in all rooms.
The flat opens into a hallway: on the right is the night area, whilst on the left you find the day area; the living room features a 6-seater dining table, two bookcases, a sofa bed for 1 person, two armchairs and a TV set. The living room opens out onto a terrace with a table for 4 people, offering the perfect place where to have breakfast watching the Duomo.
The fully-fitted kitchen comes with a microwave and a dishwasher.
The night area is composed of three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with 3 sliding doors; the second single bedroom comes with a 3-door closet, and the third single bedroom is furnished with a bookcase and several shelves.
The flat also comprises two bathrooms with shower. Linens and towels provided.

Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:
Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20
From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40
Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
Security Deposit: 300
There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:
Duration of less than 15 days: €300
Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.
The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
