VILLA MARIKA is a characteristic two-story villa located in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, Internet WI-FI and parking. It features a private swimming pool with stunning views of the sea, of the Gulf of Naples and the Capri Island.Villa Marika is located on a hillside, facing the sea. It is located at less than two km away from the centre of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi village where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket and the SITA bus stop from where you can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The nearest beach it is Marina del Cantone at about six km away. Villa Marika is a holiday home that offers true quietness and privacy. It is located at the end of a narrow rural road of 3 meters wide. We reccomend small or medium size cars.To stay at Villa Marika, it is necessary to have a car. You will be able to park it in the villa's parking lot (for four cars). From the parking, you will reach the villa by going down four small stairs. THE TERRACE is large and has a nice view of the sea. It is equipped with a barbecue made in stone, a pizza oven, a sink and a table with chairs for twelve people. The terrace it is partially shaded by a tiled canopy. This is the perfect place for relaxing meals or cooking classes. THE ROSES ANGLE is a beautiful. Here, you can just sit on the stone bench and admire the countless types of roses, the view of the sea or read a good book, accompanied by a good glass of wine. You will reach the Roses Angle from the terrace by going down about seven small stairs or from the first bedroom by going up about 10 small stairs. THE SWIMMING POOL is 3x7 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. The swimming pool area and the well-tended garden are definitely the icing on the cake of the Villa Marika. The swimming pool area it is equipped with sun chairs, an outdoor shower, chairs, sun loungers and parasol, plus toys for children. There is also an outdoor washroom, with a shower, sink and toilet. You will reach the washroom from the swimming pool by going up five small stairs. From the swimming pool area, you will enjoy the sun all day long. The stunning views over the sea, the Gulf of Naples and the Capri Island will make you wish to stay there during your entire holiday. The swimming pool it is open from April until the end of October. You will reach the swimming pool from the terrace by going up about twenty small stairs. THE GROUND FLOORTHE LIVING ROOM is welcoming, with a nice beamed ceiling and tiled floor. It is equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a dresser and a television. There is also the Internet WI-FI. The room has a window with a nice view of the sea. You will reach the living room from the kitchen or from the first terrace.THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half bathroom. It is equipped with a sink, a bidet and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.THE FIRST KITCHEN is large and sunny. It is equipped with a lunch table with twelve chairs, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, the microwave, the kettle, the coffee machine, an electric oven and a four-burner gas cooker. It has the air conditioning and the heating unit. From the kitchen, you will access a nice terrace equipped with a table with eight chairs. From the terrace, you can admire a fantastic view of the sea and of the Capri Island. You will reach the kitchen from the living room or from the terrace.THE LOWER FLOOR A nice staircase of twenty small stairs, with a decorative banister will take you to the lower floor.THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM is equipped with one bunk bed, a closet, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. From this terrace you will be able to reach the Roses Angle as well. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bidet, a shower enclose and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.THE SECOND BEDROOM is equipped with two single beds, a closet, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
