A little oasis in the centre of Lido di Camaiore, Seaside town on the Northern Coast of Tuscany - a former farmhouse has been lovingly restored from a Milanese family and tastefully decorated. The result are 5 nice apartments with typical bars in the windows called Mandolata. They give the ambience a dreamy cast. It is located on a side street not far from the highway exit, very good accessible. For cars there are is on the fenced parking space for everyone. The whole outside is in common for all guests and consists of:A swimming pool: large 12x6 meter and deep from 1.1 till 1.8 meter and is open from May till September (depending on weather). Around the Pool are deck chairs, parasol, tables, dressing cabins.The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are 1,8Km away and can be reached by or by bike that can be rented locally. The area offers also to reach the most important places to be seen in not much more than an hour.For example: Lucca (25min.), Florence (50min.), 5 Terre (1h), Carrara Marble Quarries (30min) and much more. The Property is divided into 5 Apartments, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. (Please check the single Accommodations for more details). All have air conditioning.The holiday property has Wi-Fi connection only in the outside area, a Washing machine in common with all units. Free parking area.This apartment has a private, covered veranda equipped with a table and chairs. It has a small entrance which leads into a sitting room with a kitchenette, one double bedroom and a fully furnished bathroom including a hairdryer.
