Villa dei Granai (400 sqm) is located just a few kilometers from Florence, in Empoli countryside, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful centuries-old park with the Italian-style garden. The property has also an ancient fountain, a beautiful patio with dining table and chairs for eating outdoor, and a private swimming pool with parasols and sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing.The villa (400 sqm) can accommodate up to 9 people, is spread over 3 floors for a total of 5 bedrooms (of which 3 are doubles, 1 is twin and the last one in the tower has a sofa-bed) and 3 bathrooms.Ground Floor: This floor is composed by a complete and functional rustic kitchen, equipped with all necessary kitchenware (such as oven and microwave, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine...), without forgetting the lovely fireplace with barbecue. The kitchen leads directly to the outside patio with a dining table and chairs. Then you will find a spacious living room furnished with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, a fireplace of the 16th century and a jar. A room's door provides the direct access to the surrounding garden where there is an outdoor lounge. First Floor: Climbing wonderful steps (clad in Serena stone) you will reach the sleeping area, formed by four bedrooms (of which three are doubles and one is twin). All bathrooms, recently renovated, have shower and all amenities. Second Floor: On the last floor, the tower, there is a romantic and small bedroom with sofa-bed of 120 cm (which is OK for 1 adult or 2 children) and a 360 view over the hills and olive groves surrounding the villa.Included free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and garden. The bedrooms and bathrooms' windows are equipped with mosquito nets.Villa dei Granai is the ideal place for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside, in a central location (just a few kilometers from Florence and some ancient medieval villages such as Vinci and San Gimignano). The kitchen is equipped; the antique sitting room is furnished with original pieces of modern art and a fireplace of the 16th century; the Italian-style garden is large and well kept.
