It produces vegetables, oil, wine, fruits, marmalades, cheeses and ricotta. The place for restaurants, with the classical floor in Sicilian earthenware, has a part which has preserved the symbol of its ancient destination as the cowshed with the original "mangiatoia" (in which animals ate). Moreover it has heating and air conditioning. The "Baglio" (the central part) has been restored by using traditional materials (local stones); in the centre there is a fountain and water comes out from the mouth of two lions made up of earthenware. In the spare time you can pleasantly walk riding or using mountain bike, playing bowls and bows, swimming, harvesting wild vegetables, taking part in the agricultural activities of the farm, such as the growing, the fresh milk and the preparation for cheeses.
