The holiday house is a rustic, partly thatched farmhouse (under a preservation order). The rustic, historical semi-detached house "Itzendorfer Rott" was built in 1834, it is surrounded by meadows and fields. Located on the outskirts, 2.5 km from the center, in a quiet position, 50 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. It offers a nice view of the countryside and the North Sea dyke. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, the bedroom is accessible from the bathroom. The open large living/dining room includes a satellite-TV, video, radio and CD-player. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and an electric coffee machine, with dining table. There are facilities such as washing machine, children's highchair (extra) and central heating. There is a supermarket within 3.5 km, a restaurant at 500 m, bakers are at 2.5 km, a café is located at 100 m, a railway station "Norddeich Mole" is 3.5 km, a ferry at 3.5 km, the sandy beach is 2.5 km away, an outdoor swimming pool is at 2.5 km, the indoor swimming pool is 2.5 km away. A 9 hole golf course is 8 km away, a surf school is 2.5 km away, a tennis court at 4 km, riding stables are at 2 km. During winter, the "Ocean Wave" seawater pool heated to 30 degrees with artificial waves and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna, solarium, whirlpool and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal mud-banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich.
