Cozy desingers apartment with private balcony 5 min walk from old town ŠibenikThis newly renovated apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of the city of Šibenik in the central part of the Croatian Adriatic Coast, in the picturesque bay where the Krka River, enters the sea.Šibenik is the center of the Šibenik Knin county that is rich in historic and cultural but also natural heritage; it is a home of two UNESCO sites and two national parks.The apartment is within walking distance from the old town Šibenik and it is situated on the first floor of a detached private house. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, modern living/dining room, bathroom and a balcony with a patio.The apartment has a private entrance, separated from the ground floor apartment.There is a parking spot just outside the entrance of the house. Though it is not a private one, most of the time it's free, but in case it's not, there's a car park just few meters away (for about 0,5€/h).Within a walking distance (3min) you can find a shopping mall and a supermarket inside, but if you're more into getting to know the local food (and people), there is a local farmers market just 50m away from the mall.The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
