At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living/dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area is provided with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Accessible from the kitchen is an outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dinning area.The first floor features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Mount Biokovo.
