A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable 14 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Bed linen is not included in the price and costs an additional 9 EUR / person / stay.Towels are not included in the price and can be rented for 5 EUR / person / stay.Heating, electricity and water are not included and will be charged upon departure according to consumption.There is an additional mandatory environment tax of 8 EUR / night.A dog is permitted for a fee of 5 EUR / night.Please note that the property does not allow parties. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
