Quiet and comfortable one bedroom flat in Milan spread on two levels, located on the sixth floor of a design building opened in March 2011 (with elevator) nestled between Corso Buenos Aires and Città Studi area.
This 65 sq mt apartment can be accessed either from the fifth or from the sixth floor. On the upper floor you can find a spacious day area with a single sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo and set-up for satellite connection, and completed by an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a dining area with a table for 6 people.
A flight of stairs located on the left of the entrance leads to the lower floor, which can be accessed from the fifth floor as well, where the bedroom with double bed and a large closet is located. The marble bathroom with shower and washing machine is located next to the bedroom.
Both the levels of the apartment are very bright; moreover the flat is fitted with parquet flooring in all rooms but in the bathroom, which is fitted with marble flooring. The apartment offers quality finishes (double glazed windows, insulating system) in order to guarantee peace and tranquility as well as the maximum energy saving.
NB: The apartment is not equipped with the traditional air conditioning, but with a cooling and dehumidification system.

City tax is required and payable locally in cash: the cost is € 2 per adult (older than 18 years) for maximum 14 nights. For stays of more than 14 nights: € 28 per stay per adult.
Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:
Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20
From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40
Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
Security Deposit: 300
There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:
Duration of less than 15 days: €300
Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.
The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
